Cookie Policy

The cookies we use on alphzen.com and our products, why we use them, and how you can accept, refuse, or change your choice at any time.

01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels, and software development kits — work in comparable ways. In this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

Cookies can be set by us (“first-party”) or by a service we use, such as Google (“third-party”). They can last for a single browsing session (“session cookies”) or for a set period (“persistent cookies”).

02How we use cookies

We group cookies into three categories. Only the first is set automatically; the other two require your consent.

03Cookies used on our sites

Third parties may update their own cookie names and durations. The authoritative list for Google is published in Google’s advertising cookie documentation.

04Advertising cookies and Google AdSense

Alphzen products such as our developer tools may display advertising served by Google AdSense.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our websites or other websites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our sites and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings.
  • You can opt out of participating third-party vendors at aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.eu.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland

Advertising and analytics cookies are not set until you give consent. If you decline, you may still see advertising, but it will be non-personalised and based only on general context.

05Managing your preferences

You are in control of non-essential cookies at all times.

  • Use to review or change your choice on this site.
  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking all cookies may break parts of some websites.
  • You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent analytics collection everywhere.

Withdrawing consent stops future use of those cookies. It does not undo processing that already happened while consent was in place.

06Changes and contact

We update this Cookie Policy when our tools or the services we use change. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. For more detail on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
